Merge request reporting views

Merge request reporting now lives in the regular Merge Requests tab. Open the Merge Requests activity as a tab, then use View to switch between List, Grid, Board, Timeline, Summary, and the other available visualizations. Your filter and selected view stay in that one tab, and Export appears for reporting views.
