Issue reporting views

Issue reporting now lives in the regular Issues tab. Open the Issues activity as a tab, then use View to switch between List, Grid, Board, Timeline, Summary, and the other visualizations supported by the configured provider. Your filter and selected view stay in that one tab, and Export appears for reporting views.
